How inquiry details, mailing-list choices, payments, and site data are handled.

What this form collects
Contact forms collect the details you choose to provide for an initial, non-confidential inquiry. Sharing a readiness result sends all ten answers, the calculated result, your email, and any optional name and organization. Website reviews include your answers and chosen attachments.
How it is used
Submitted details are used only to review your inquiry and respond. They are not sold or used for advertising.
Providers
Resend delivers submissions privately to Tony and the website administrator at admin@pracport.com, who supports delivery and testing. Mailchimp handles optional portfolio notes. Vercel hosts the website and verifies form requests using Basic bot protection.
Retention and security
Inquiry details are retained only as long as needed to respond and maintain records of the correspondence, then deleted. Message bodies, emails, and tokens are not logged in production.
The mailing list
The mailing list is separate from the consultation form above. Joining it requires double opt-in: you submit your email, then confirm it from a link sent to that address before you are added. The list is used to send updates about the book and Tony's writing, nothing else. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you immediately.
Payments
Payments for direct book orders are processed by Stripe. Card numbers and other payment details are entered directly into Stripe's own checkout and are never seen or stored by Practical Portfolio Management.
Analytics and cookies
Optional analytics are off unless configured and permitted. Vercel Basic bot protection processes browser and request signals to protect form submissions against automated abuse.
