Who you are buying from
When you buy directly on this site, the seller is Tony Kenck, trading as Practical Portfolio Management LLC, and payment is processed by Stripe. When you choose the IngramSpark lane, the book is printed and fulfilled by IngramSpark and sold under their terms. When you choose the Amazon lane, the book is sold and fulfilled by Amazon under their terms. Pricing, availability, and order handling for the IngramSpark and Amazon lanes are set by those companies, not by this site.
Shipping
Shipping is charged per item, so there is no quantity cap and no bulk minimum. Rates: United States $8.33 per item, United Kingdom $7.50 per item, Australia $9.99 per item, rest of world $17.00 per item. IngramSpark does not print or ship to Canada. Canadian readers order direct from Tony, which is the same lane used everywhere outside the United States, United Kingdom and Australia.
Refunds
Direct orders placed through this site can be refunded in full if the request is made within 30 days of delivery and the book is returned in resalable condition. Contact Tony at the address in the footer to start a return; he will confirm the return address and refund method. Return postage is paid by the buyer unless the book arrived damaged or misprinted. Damaged or misprinted copies are replaced at no cost. Orders placed through IngramSpark or Amazon follow that seller's own refund and return policy instead, since Practical Portfolio Management does not hold those funds or that inventory.
